USinternetworking manages complicated software packages for large companies (software like PeopleSoft). USi wanted a high end direct mail package that targeted company CIOs. Solution: a series of tins, each tin containing a “Survivor Guide” for CIO’s and a response card. The mailing positions USi as the best resource to rescue prospective clients from the frustration of dealing with large software packages.
The response rate for this package was high: 1.5%. This campaign won a gold in the Baltimore Addys.
